Product quality is the foundation of enterprise development, and the pursuit of quality improvement is endless. Recently, during the process improvement, the quality department found that the OP1150 station had the phenomenon of manual missing or repunching torque of box closing bolts not up to the standard, and there was the risk of defective product outflow and customer complaints. In order to reduce the potential risk, the Quality Department, together with the Equipment Department, modified the OP1150 box closing bolt station: instead of replacing the original one, the equipment program automatically identified missed bolts and replaced them. It effectively reduces the uncertainty of human operation, ensures process stability, and improves product quality and customer satisfaction.
