At the staff meeting in August, Mr. Sun pointed out various problems in field operation; Among quality,logistics, production and other departments are involved. Remind all departments to observe and find problems in actual work, improve work efficiency and eliminate problems. In order to better implement the completion of each department, a biweekly on-site inspection (Gennba Walk) was conducted.
